wowpkr Terms & Conditions

1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "wowpkr", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the wowpkr online casino and sports betting platform accessible at wowpkr.app.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the wowpkr platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on wowpkr by a User.
• "Funds" means real-money PKR deposits held in a User's wowpkr Account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by wowpkr subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling activity offered on the Platform.
• "Services" means all casino, sports betting, crash games, live dealer, and related gambling services provided through the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the operational currency of the wowpkr Platform.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the wowpkr Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the wowpkr Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the wowpkr Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3Eligibility

To register and use the wowpkr Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must be using the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the wowpkr Platform or any other gambling service operated by the same entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

wowpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is lawful in your specific location within Pakistan. Laws and regulations regarding online gambling may vary by province and may be subject to change. wowpkr does not provide legal advice and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited.

4Account Registration

To access real-money gambling Services, you must create a wowpkr Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one wowpkr Account. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile phone number. You must update your information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. wowpkr will never ask you for your password via any channel. You must notify wowpkr immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account, whether or not authorised by you, except where such activity results from wowpkr's negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting wowpkr customer support. wowpkr may close or suspend any Account at its discretion, including where a violation of these Terms is suspected.

5Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the wowpkr Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit terms apply:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 500 via JazzCash and Easypaisa. Rs 1,000–2,000 minimum for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah). Minimum amounts for other methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Accepted Methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
• Processing Time: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 1–10 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours. Cryptocurrency deposits require standard network confirmations.
• Deposit Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you and were obtained through lawful means. wowpkr does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Anti-Money Laundering: wowpkr operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. We reserve the right to conduct source-of-funds checks and may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals of large amounts.

6Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from your wowpkr Account:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 1,000 for all withdrawal methods.
• Same Method Policy: wowpkr will generally process withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering control.
• Verification Requirement: First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above threshold amounts may require identity verification. You must provide valid government-issued identification documents when requested.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals: 15 minutes to 4 hours following approval. Bank transfers: 1–3 business days. Cryptocurrency: 5–30 minutes following approval. Processing times are estimates and may vary.
• Wagering Requirements: Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full. Real-money deposits may be withdrawn at any time subject to the verification requirements above.
• Withdrawal Refusal: wowpkr reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

7Bonuses & Promotions

wowpkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be staked before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus wagering must typically be completed within a specified time period. Unused bonuses expire at the end of this period.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawable — only winnings derived from wagering bonus funds (after wagering requirements are met) may be withdrawn, subject to applicable caps.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. You may opt out of a bonus before wagering begins by contacting customer support.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. wowpkr reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers or promotional access from any Account where bonus abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, use of automated systems, or coordinated multi-account activity.
• wowpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the wowpkr Platform, including cricket, PSL, ICC events, UEFA, UFC, boxing, and all other sports markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying bet details including selection, odds, and stake before confirming a wager.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and may vary by market, event, and account status. wowpkr reserves the right to adjust individual account betting limits at its discretion.
• In the event of manifest errors in odds (e.g., clearly incorrect prices due to technical error), wowpkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live in-play betting is available on selected events. Live bets are subject to potential delays in acceptance during critical moments. All in-play bet acceptance decisions are final.
• In-play bets placed after the outcome of an event is determined (but before odds are suspended due to data feed delay) may be voided.
• wowpkr reserves the right to suspend betting markets, limit payouts, or void bets where match integrity concerns are identified.

9Casino Games

The following terms apply to all casino game activity on the wowpkr Platform, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and RNG table games:

• All casino games on wowpkr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems from independently audited game providers. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by wowpkr or the player.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are set by the game providers. These figures represent the theoretical long-term expected payout rate and do not guarantee any individual outcome.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a game round, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned to the Account balance. wowpkr is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Game results displayed on your screen are final. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on-screen and the server-side result, the server-side result will prevail.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party providers. Their specific game rules apply in addition to these Terms and are available within each game interface.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wowpkr Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of any other person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to fund your Account.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Systematically exploiting bonuses or promotions in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.

11Account Suspension & Termination

wowpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• Identity verification documents cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or unusual activity is detected on the Account.
• A self-exclusion request has been processed.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account action.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a verified Terms violation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method following satisfactory identity verification.

12Responsible Gaming

wowpkr is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. All registered users have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted within a given timeframe.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your Account for a defined period (ranging from 7 days to permanent). Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period.

13Privacy

wowpkr's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the wowpkr Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14Intellectual Property

All content on the wowpkr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of wowpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from wowpkr.

15Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• wowpkr is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• wowpkr's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• wowpkr is not responsible for any losses arising from: network or internet connectivity failures; delays in game results caused by third-party data feeds; actions of third-party payment processors; or circumstances beyond wowpkr's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by wowpkr's negligence or wilful misconduct.

16Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wowpkr is licensed and operated. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact wowpkr customer support in the first instance to seek resolution.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

17Amendments to Terms

wowpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification prior to taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
